We Ship Free of Charge!!
Our Valued customer, we really appreciate you doing business with us. please we ask that you pay close attention to our SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND OR EXCHANGE Policies as prescribed herein. Before you checkout on your orders on our website, you agree that you have read, followed and understood all conditions as stipulated in the these policies.
SHIPPING:
Once your order payment has been approved at checkout, please allow 3-5 business days to Process your order and get it ready for shipping. We however, advice that, within this time frame, we will notify you via email if for any reason, your order is out of stock or size. If this happens, you reserve the right to either ask for a full refund or pick a similar product of your choice from our inventory.
Please allow another 10-15 business days for Delivery. Once your order is sorted, packaged and shipped, we will immediately notify you via email with your tracking number and your delivery service provider.
Please take note that when your order(s) eventually arrives your location, we are Not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may be charged by the authorities of your respective country of origin.

RETURNS/REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Dear customers, we will gladly accept and process any returns, refund and or exchanges requested, to our customer's satisfaction. Customers will however have to adhere to the followings conditions

All returns have to be shipped to our shop's head office @ (9824 100 Avenue Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada. T8V0T8).

Customers have up to 15 days from the day they received their order to notify us for any returns/refunds or exchange.

Make sure all products should be in the original packaging with all tags and labels in tact, no noticeable signs of wear and tear.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on all returned product(s) to our shop.

For defective items that are eligible for exchange, customers will still have to follow the above conditions.

Our responsibility on returns for refunds:

We will immediately notify you via email as soon as we receive your returned package.

Our customer service will double check the package for any issues and then confirm it's eligibility for a refund

Once confirmed, a refund will be applied to the same credit card you used at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that, processing time differs from bank to bank, so we advice, you give it up to 10 business days to acknowledge deposit into your bank account.
